We all remember moments when something inside screamed the truth at us: Walk away. Slow down. Leave early. Start again. When you heed that voice, you give yourself the highest honor-impeccable trust. And each time you tune into such an instinct, you are saying to yourself, " I know best what my answers are." Take the time to stop and hear your own voice, listen intently to yourself as you would a best friend or mate. Ask yourself. What do I really need? And when you hear the answer, trust yourself enough to act on it.

Before you ask a friend what she thinks about a decision you're grappling with, ask yourself, "What do I really think and feel?" Practice becoming your own best supporter.

How do you show your closest friend or your mate how you trust and support him or her? Consider how you can likewise show yourself more trust.

What instincts have you tuned in to that you were later glad you hadn't dismissed? Listen to all your hunches-even the bad ones, even the smallest inklings.
